Master bedroom suite: Contains queen size bed, built-in robe and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer and block out blinds.
Second bedroom: Contains two single beds.
Bathroom: Hand basin, shower, toilet, hair dryer and full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted climate controlled ducted air, sprinkler system and smoke detectors, block out blinds and tinted windows. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.
