Apartment Facilities
Lounge and dining - Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.
Kitchen - Fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen with granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Master bedroom - Contains king size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with granite finishes and hair dryer. The Master Bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to its own private balcony with amazing ocean views to wake up to.
Second bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.
Third bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.
Main bathroom - Hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Powder Room - Toilet and hand basin.
Laundry - Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal Chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.
Note - SunMore has another Apartment (1314) on the same floor. The option of booking two apartments together on the same floor is proving to be popular with large families and groups. Please let us know well in advance if you wish to book both apartments.

Chevron Renaissance - Apartment 1312Dear Tony, My family and I wish to thank you and Sunmore holidays for helping to make our holiday such a wonderful and memorable one. Apartment 1312 at the Chevron Renaissance was everything we expected and more. The view and facilities were outstanding. We were also impressed with the location as it is only one block from Cavill Avenue and 2 blocks from the beach. It was also super convenient having Coles supermarket under the complex. We will definitely stay at the Chevron Renaissance again and recommend SunMore Holidays and the Chevron Renaissance to our family and friends.

Chevron Renaissance - Apartment 1312On behalf of our family we would just like to thank you and your company for allowing us to stay at the Chevron during September. Both apartments 1312 & 1314 were stunning! And we are so glad that we were able to book the apartments out for our family trip to the Gold Coast. I highly recommend these two apartments to anyone that wishes to stay in the Gold Coast for a holiday.
The views and the apartments were amazing for the price you pay! I'd highly recommend staying at these apartments to everyone because it is so affordable for the everyday traveller. We thank you and your company for such a great stay. Everyone was so shocked at the views they had and the apartments were fantastic, we will definitely have no hesitation in hiring out the two apartments again.

Chevron Renaissance - Apartment 1312Our family of 7 stayed for 10 nights in March. It was the best accomodation we have ever had. Lots of room, super clean and very comfortable. The views from balconys are awesome. This apartment had everything we needed. Definetly 5 star. We'll be back. Have also recommended this apartment to friends planning a trip to the Gold Coast.

Chevron Renaissance - Apartment 1312We recently stayed for three nights at this apartment and it was amazing. The location, view and apartment was fantastic. The best thing was the price. It was a lovely break with friends for my birthday which was very affordable.
The help I received from Tony when booking the apartment was fantastic. He answered all my questions and made the process so much easier.
I will definitely stay in this apartment again and will recommend it to everyone.
