It offers 180 square metres state-of-the-art luxurious living, spacious balconies with superb views over the Esplanade, the golden Surfers Paradise beach and the Pacific Ocean's rolling surf. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with beach and ocean views. Watching the glorious sunrise from the front balcony is an unforgettable experience.
Apartment Facilities
Lounge and dining - Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV, Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto 3 terrace balconies with outdoor table and chairs overlooking the beach.
Kitchen - Fully equipped gourmet granite designer kitchen with one-and-half stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Master bedroom - Contains king size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.
Second bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.
Third bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.
Main bathroom - Hand basin, bathtub, shower and hair dryer.
Powder room - Toilet and hand basin.
Laundry - Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to the master and second bedrooms, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal Chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

Directly opposite beach, great views from balcony, close to Cavill Avenue and other shopping facilities. Moroccan Resort - Apartment 309What a perfect place to stay. Beautifully decorated and well maintained apartment with more room than my house! Gorgeous views of the ocean from all 3 balconies and being a little scared of heights, the 4th floor was a breeze. Minutes walk to shops and Surfers CBD and close to patrolled beaches. Amenities of the Moroccan were plentiful with many things to keep you occupied if you wanted to stay in the complex. I thank SunMore Holidays especially Tony for making our reservation effortless and perfect. I would highly recommend the Moroccan to couples and families and look forward to our next visit.

Moroccan Resort - Apartment 309We had a fantastic stay at the Moroccan, the apartment was amazing, waking up to sit on the many balconies and watch the sunrise come over the sea, who could ask for more, Right opposite and amazing beach, fully equiped, everything we wanted and more. So quiet and roomy, the big pool was amazing, the rooms soundproofed, 3 great balconies, air conditioned bedrooms ( maybe need something in the living area) We will come again and stay, Tony was great a joy to book through, friendly, efficient and helpful. We all loved our stay, 7 of in one apartment but so much room we did not feel crowded. Thank you.
