This spacious, modern, and immaculate 3-bedroom apartment situated on level 35 of the resort. It offers 166 square metres state-of-the-art luxurious living, with superb panoramic views from all rooms over the golden beaches and the Pacific Ocean's rolling surf.
Apartment Facilities
Lounge and dining - Contains lounge suite, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen TV, Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a terrace balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.
Kitchen - Fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen with double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Master bedroom - Contains Queen size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with spa bath and hair dryer. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass windows with amazing ocean views to wake up to.
Second bedroom - Contains queen size bed, desk and a built-in robe.
Third bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.
Main bathroom - Hand basin, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.
Laundry - Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to living areas and master bedroom, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for two (2) vehicles. For your safety, internal Chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

Crown Towers - Apartment 3505Just got back from a wonderful holiday. Room 3505 was very nice. Wonderful views, spacious and the resort facilities great.
Beds are very comfortable, good quality towels etc. My only negative comment is the lounge chairs really need a good steam clean but overall very impressed and would definately stay again. Very prompt and professional service with Sunmore Holidays.

Sending the keys to us before we arrived, assisting with the hire of a porta cot and high chair, early check in and late check out to accommodate my sons afternoon sleeps made things so much easier. The apartment was so clean and tidy and spacious. And the views!!!!! We had such an excellent holiday (even though we had nearly cyclonic weather!) that we are already planning on coming back next year, but for an entire week. Thanks again.

Crown Towers - Apartment 3505Stayed from 13 to 20 Sept. The whole process from booking to our arrival and then to our departure was simple, seamless and hassle free. Great apartment, facilities and views. Complex facilities were also excellent. A couple of larger cooking pots to suit a large family would be nice. Will definitely be returning in 2010.

Unlike with some 'creative' angles used on some websites, it's a case of "what you see is what you get" with apartment 3505, and what you get are fantastic views and a very spacious, clean and comfortable unit. Making the booking was easy via the net and all the details of the booking were made clear and easy to understand and carried out in a efficient, timely and friendly manner.
