Palm Beach Holiday Abode is a beautifully appointed modern home, stylishly elegant yet understated with modern decor. A stunning entry leads to an immaculate open plan living with doors opening onto water views, huge lounge, dining, TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system.
It has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay, including polished timber floor boards opening on to all the living areas throughout the home, fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, with climate control in every room for additional comfort as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The generous master bedroom contains queen size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full marble-tiled en-suite bathroom and hair dryer. It has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the covered deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robe. The third bedroom contains queen bed with built-in robe and the fourth bedroom contains two single beds. The main bathroom has a large shower, twin hand basins and jet spa bath.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has square stainless steel sink, gas cook top, range hood, 570 litre refrigerator, oven & 4 burner gas cook top, dishwasher & microwave.
The laundry is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, vacuum and iron.
The limestone-paved undercover BBQ pavilion flowing from living area is the perfect place for alfresco dining, with views over the salt water pool, tropical garden and the canal. Light the BBQ and watch the day disappear relaxing on your outdoor lounge.
