The easiest and safest way to select and book your Gold Coast Accommodation is to do so online with SunMore Holidays. All you need to do is to follow a few simple steps:

• Go to Gold Coast Apartments page for full details and photos of all listed apartments/holiday homes.
• Use our real-time online "Search for an Apartment" facility to find out which apartments/holiday homes are available on your selected dates, and for how much.
• Select the apartment/holiday home that you like.
• Press the Book Now button in the right hand column of the search results screen.
• Enter your details and confirm the booking.

You will be asked to pay 25% deposit by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) in order to secure your booking. A confirmation email of your booking will be sent to you with a Booking Reference Number.

The balance must be paid at least one month before arrival date. We will send you a reminder 5 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of arrival date.

Please note that the apartments/holiday homes listed on the website are subject to at least a 3 nights minimum charge as set by the owners.

A set of apartment/holiday home keys, car park fob and check-in instructions will be posted to you a few days before your travel date. You will be able to go directly to your property when you arrive. Please advise us if this arrangement is not convenient.

When you arrive you will find another set of keys and car park fob in the property. Please leave both sets in the property when you leave.

Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am. However, you can call Housekeeping on the day before your arrival in order to work out what time you can access the property on your arrival day. If you are arriving early, you can usually arrange to leave your luggage in the property until it is ready for you. You can also ask Housekeeping to call you on your mobile when the property is ready.
