Facilities
Lounge and dining - Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.

Kitchen - Fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen with granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom - Contains king size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with granite finishes and hair dryer. The Master Bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to its own private balcony with amazing ocean views to wake up to.

Second bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.

Third bedroom - Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.

Main bathroom - Hand basin with granite finishes, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Powder Room - Toilet and hand basin.

Laundry - Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.


All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal Chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

Thank you once again for having us in your apartment 1312. Our second time staying in your apartment was just as wonderful as the first and would definitely stay there again. The apartment has everything we need to be comfortable and the views are just amazing. Our family has fond memories of staying in 1312 and so has become our favourite. We also love the resort for the amenities. The children love the lagoon pool and my partner and I love the spa and cooking a barbeque dinner for our family in the evenings. Downstairs has everything we require for our stay, Coles, restaurants, clothes shops, close to the beach and we just loved walking through Surfers Paradise and all their shops. Who needs a car?? We have recommended your apartments to our friends and once again, thank you, and we look forward to coming back again next year.
