Hollywell is a quaint suburb located strategically on the Broadwaters in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. It is an ideal place for Gold Coast visitors looking for a laid-back holiday away from the bustle of the city, thanks mainly to its proximity to the coast as well as to several Gold Coast sights, such as the Pine Ridge Conservation Park and the Coomera River.

Guests staying at Hollywell will also find the location convenient because it just a few minutes' drive away from the major shopping centres in the region, such as Harbour Town and Runaway Bay. Despite this, Hollywell retains a quiet village-like feel where you'll be tempted to just spend the rest of the day relaxing.

Upon entering this home, you will feel a sense of instant relaxation as you are surrounded by fine Balinese style decor. The stunning entry leads to an open-plan living area, with porcelain floor tiles and high ceilings.

The house is fitted with air-conditioning, plus ceiling fans, smoke detectors, and lock up garage for two cars. It contains Italian made leather lounge, dining table with chairs, DVD player and a huge High Definition plasma T.V.

Fabulous alfresco dining is made easy with a BBQ and stylish outdoor setting. The kitchen is equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge. Plenty of quality crockery, cutlery/utensils and glassware.

The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is perfect for either groups of adults or family stays.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, air-condition, en-suite with a shower and water views and access to the salt water pool. All bedrooms have built ins robs, queen size beds, ceiling fans and share the main bathroom which has a large shower, bathtub, heater lamps, headed bath rack and modern sink. The laundry is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy the large saltwater pool, fully fenced for parent's piece of mind. This is a fully fenced and secure property, with a double automated lockup garage. All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets and towels).
