It is located near the magnificent waters of the Pacific and the welcoming beaches of the Gold Coast.

Only a few minutes away are the shopping centers and quaint cafes, as well as the Hope Island Waterways. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to a number of different golf courses where they can practice their skills.

Finally, your kids can choose from several theme parks in the area, such as Wet n Wild, Dreamworld, Outback Spectacular and Movieworld.

Facilities
This modern, single-level home has air conditioning, providing further comfort. The living room is a cozy area where you can spend quality time with the rest of the group. It has porcelain tiles on the floor and high ceilings. Here you will find a lounge that can seat 8 people, a dining table and several chairs, and a baby grand piano for absolute entertainment.

Out back from the main living room is a large saltwater pool, with two areas for entertaining visitors. An outdoor barbecue can be found here as well, for some tropical, al fresco dining the whole family will surely enjoy. Pets can be allowed upon request of the guest.

The kitchen comes with the latest cooking equipment, including twin sinks, a refrigerator, wall oven and microwave, to name a few. Quality utensils and glassware are available for use, giving you a complete fine dining experience.

The first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom both contain a queen-sized beds. The third and fourth bedrooms contain a double-sized bed each. The main bathroom, which is shared by the third and fourth bedrooms, contains two sinks and a big shower.

Laundry facilities are also available in the home, and all the linen you need is already supplied when you book.

This was a great holiday spot. We had two families stay and the two living spaces were gold after a long day enjoying the sites. 5min from movie world etc and close to good retail and food spots. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back. The house is clean and homely and the ducks hanging around the pool was a novelty for the kids. A great family home with great access in a great location.

I will like to extend my appreciation to you for arranging such a wonderful accommodation for us during our stay. It was not easy finding an affordable accommodation for a group as big as ours. The house was very clean and the location of the house was strategically near many highways and theme parks. It was overall a wonderful stay. The only complain that I have was that the house felt so much like home, we spent too much time in it rather than going out!!!! I will definitely be contacting you again if I were to seek accommodation in the Gold Coast.

We were very pleased with this accomodation. We had 4 days here to explore the Gold Coast with our older teenage kids (x3) and it was perfect for our needs. Literally minutes from Dreamworld, it accomodated us all easily (each had their own bedroom) and had a shopping centre just down the road for any supplies we needed. Has cable TV, games console and 2 large TV’s to keep all parties happy. Couldn’t use the pool this time around but it looked very inviting for the warmer months. All in all, it was great value, loads of room and is in ideal location to explore this region from.
