The home is within walking distance to the park, shop and bus stop. It sleeps up to 8 guests and has a large alfresco pool side entertaining area, an outdoor swimming pool, wide main water views, landscaped garden, covered pavilion, media/ rumpus room, gourmet kitchen and air conditioning.

Sorrento is one of the best suburbs on the Gold Coast. It has the most beautiful waterfront homes and the location is so close to everything. Boasting quiet streets, canals and waterways, parks and corner stores, Sorrento is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise, Bundall CBD and shopping precinct and public and private hospitals.

Note: This home is situated in a residential area. Guests must minimise their impact on the residential amenities and the quite enjoyment of the neighbours and local community. Facilities
The property features four large bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, two with double beds and one with king single bed), three bathrooms (2 en-suite), a huge open-plan living area with porcelain floor tiles, high ceilings, lounge, dining table and 6 chairs, TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. A magnificent outdoor area is ideal for entertaining family and friends or simply for relaxing around the pool or bar.

The two north side bedrooms open onto an internal courtyard and all bedrooms have outside access that will take you straight to the pool. There is a small office off the master bedroom if you need a workspace while on vacation.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a pleasure to work in with square stainless steel sink, gas cook top, range hood, 900mm stainless steel Omega oven, 570 litre refrigerator (with chilled water and ice), dishwasher and microwave.

There is parking for two cars on the premises and if you need to shop, the nearest centre is just three minutes away. This home also has a private marina if you or your friends arrive by yacht!
