2 Bedroom Apartment $2,800 for 7 days + Bond of $2,000
3 Bedroom Apartment $4,200 for 7 days + Bond of $2,000 Terms:
- Minimum booking is for 7 days. - Payment of 25% of rental money by credit card is required at the time of booking. Balance must be paid by 30 June. - Bond is payable by credit card by 30 June and refunded after inspection of the property at the end of the rental period, less the cost of any repairs for damage caused by guests. - A list detailing the guests’ names, birth dates, addresses and phone contacts must be supplied at the time of booking. - At least one guest must be over 18 years of age. - All guests must produce Photo ID on arrival. Please ensure that you read carefully all the Terms and Conditions listed on the website regarding the use of the property. Listed below for your convenience is a summery of some (but not all) of the terms:
- The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. - Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. - Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. - Guests must park their cars in the designated areas only. - Number of guests staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. - Animals or pets are not allowed in the premises. - For your own safety, please ensure that you observe the following rules regarding the use of balconies: - A maximum of 6 people are allowed on the balcony at any one time. - Do not climb, sit on, push or use strong force against the railings. - Avoid pushing, crowding or party behaviour on the balcony. - Do not go out on the balcony if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - Young children should not be allowed on the balcony unless supervised by a responsible adult. - Ensure that all windows and balcony doors are locked before you leave the property.
