Facilities

Lounge and dining: Contain lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV and Austar (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has magnificent views that take in the ocean, plus some of the skyline of Surfers Paradise to the north.

Rooftop Terrance: Exclusive private use of area with sun lounges and magnificent views to totally die for.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop, with oven and range hood, dishwasher, large refrigerator as well as a microwave.

Master bedroom suite: Contains queen size bed, built-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.

Second bedroom: Contains two single beds and built-in robe.

Third bedroom: Contains a queen size bed and built-in robe.

Main bathroom: Hand basin, shower, toilet, hair dryer and full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.

Powder Room: Toilet and hand basin.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (2) vehicles.
