Facilities
Lounge and dining - Contains lounge suite, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen TV, Foxtel (free of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean, Coolangatta to the south, the hinterland and the mountains.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, dishwater, refrigerator, and microwave.

Master bedroom - Contains king size bed, built-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.

Second bedroom - Contains two single beds.

Main bathroom - Hand basin, shower, toilet, hair dryer and full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.


All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge/dining area, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal Chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.

The panoramic views of this apartment is fantastic. It has ocean view, hinterland view and night lights view. What a great place to have a girls get together, views were absolutely amazing, and the Unit very spacious. Postion was excellent walking distance to everything. Location, Location. This apartment has got to be one of the best ones I have stayed at. Highly recommended as it was affordable, clean, had spacious rooms and provided all necessities. The best thing about it was the panoramic ocean front VIEWS! Just amazing as the balcony looked out to the beaches. Received friendly customer service when booking via phone.
