Apartment 4202 is a spacious, modern, and immaculate 2-bedroom apartment situated on level 42 of the famous Q1 resort in Surfers Paradise. It offers state-of-the-art luxurious living, with superb panoramic views over the golden beaches, the Pacific Ocean and the mountains. It can sleep up to 8 guests.

Apartment Facilities


Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 5 chairs, flat screen TV and Foxtel included for your enjoyment, DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to a balcony with a bar and a coffee/drink table and chair. 2 breakfast bar stools double as bar stools on the balcony.

Kitchen: Luxurious granite bench tops, a stainless steel sink, a double-door refrigerator, a gas stovetop, a wall oven, a range hood, dishwasher, and microwave.

Master bedroom suite: The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, built-in robe, large windows with stunning ocean views and a full en-suite bathroom with a granite hand basin, a spa-style bathtub where you can enjoy ocean views, a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

Second bedroom: The second bedroom features two single beds, which can be pushed together if the occupants are a couple, and a built-in robe.

Main bathroom: The main bathroom has a hand basin with granite finishes, shower and a hair dryer.

Laundry: The laundry area of this apartment also has all the essentials including a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a dryer, and a washing machine.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors.
