Facilities

Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 5 chairs, flat screen TV and Foxtel, DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to a balcony with a bar and a coffee/drink table and chair. Two breakfast bar stools double as bar stools on the balcony. This unique apartment has fully tiled living areas in high quality white porcelain.

Kitchen: The gourmet designer kitchen with granite bench tops comes fully equipped with stainless steel sink, double door refrigerator, gas cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom suite: Queen size bed, walk-in robe. The Master Bedroom has large windows with amazing ocean views where you can wake to the colours of a stunning sunrise without moving a muscle.

Bathroom: Hand basin with granite finishes, spa bathtub with ocean views, shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Second Bedroom: 2 single beds, with the option of being placed together for a couple.

Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. All linen items are supplied - sheets, blankets, towels.

Q1 is a gated security complex with private security lifts for the sole use of residents, security intercom access as well as free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle.
