This elegant 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the beach side of the resort on Level 17. It offers a modern state-of-the-art living and superb panoramic views from all rooms over the golden Surfers Paradise beach and the Pacific Ocean's rolling surf.

Apartment Facilities

Lounge and dining: Contains lounge suite, dining table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD player and sound system. Watching the glorious sunrise from the floor to ceiling glass doors is a truly unforgettable experience.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, refrigerator, and microwave.

Master bedroom: Contains king size bed, built-in robe, sofa, round table and 2 dining chairs, bar fridge, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with hair dryer.

Second bedroom: Contains two single beds and a built-in robe.

Main bathroom: Hand basin, shower, toilet and hair dryer, with full laundry facilities including washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels), and direct dial local telephone calls are free. For your safety, internal Chain locks are fitted to the front door and all balcony sliding doors, and the apartment is also fitted with sprinkler system and smoke detectors. There is a free secured under cover parking for one (1) vehicle.
