The easiest and safest way to select and book your Gold Coast Accommodation is to do so online with SunMore Holidays. All you need to do is to follow a few simple steps:

  • Go to Gold Coast Apartments page for full details and photos of all listed apartments/holiday homes.
  • Use our real-time online "Search for an Apartment" facility to find out which apartments/holiday homes are available on your selected dates, and for how much.
  • Select the apartment/holiday home that you like.
  • Press the Book Now button in the right hand column of the search results screen.
  • Enter your details and confirm the booking.

You will be asked to pay 25% deposit by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) in order to secure your booking. A confirmation email of your booking will be sent to you with a Booking Reference Number.

The balance must be paid at least one month before arrival date. We will send you a reminder 5 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of arrival date.

Please note that the apartments/holiday homes listed on the website are subject to at least a 3 nights minimum charge as set by the owners.

A set of apartment/holiday home keys, car park fob and check-in instructions will be posted to you a few days before your travel date. You will be able to go directly to your property when you arrive. Please advise us if this arrangement is not convenient.

When you arrive you will find another set of keys and car park fob in the property. Please leave both sets in the property when you leave.

Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am. However, you can call Housekeeping on the day before your arrival in order to work out what time you can access the property on your arrival day. If you are arriving early, you can usually arrange to leave your luggage in the property until it is ready for you. You can also ask Housekeeping to call you on your mobile when the property is ready.

Gold Coast Tourism (GCT) welcomes the $100 million terminal upgrade at Gold Coast Airport as a significant advantage for the $4.47 billion Gold Coast tourism industry.

GCT CEO Martin Winter said the rejuvenation of a major infrastructure asset such as the airport would directly assist in the tourism's industry's growth targets as increased airline capacity and servicing were key.

"Access is a major factor for every destination, where other regions have flat lined or indeed gone backwards in terms of air access, the work of Gold Coast Airport and Gold Coast Tourism has driven continued growth in airline services and passengers over the past twelve months," he said.

"The completion of the $100 million terminal upgrade is of huge benefit in our work to bring more flights and more airlines into the Gold Coast direct, and in our business more seats means more tourists."

"Furthermore, it reflects the continued evolution of the city and obviously enhances the visitor experience."

"Gold Coast Airport has been a major contributor to GCT's cooperative marketing campaigns and promotional activity recently, driving visitation from markets with direct access such as New Zealand, Malaysia, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide."

Much of the news coming out of Queensland recently is about the record floods being experienced in the central and northern parts of the state. It is important to realise that these floods have not affected Southeast Queensland and that after the spring and early summer rains, Queensland's Gold Coast is looking decidedly lush and green.

With the Aussie dollar at record highs, international tourism to the Gold Coast has taken a dip. This means there is an abundance of reasonably priced accommodation available for Australians to snap up and enjoy a bargain holiday.
