This charming, elegant and very spacious Surfers Paradise apartment is situated on level 35 of the popular Crown Towers Resort. It offers state-of-the-art luxurious living, with panoramic breathtaking views over the Pacific Ocean and the hinterlands.

Living area: The living area of Apartment 3505 contains a lounge suite, dining table and six chairs, flat screen TV with Foxtel (FREE of charge), DVD player and sound system. The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a balcony with outdoor table and chairs from which you can enjoy the stunning ocean views that you can only get from such a high floor.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet designer kitchen with granite bench tops, double stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom suite: Contains a queen size bed, walk-in robe, TV and a full en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, granite finishes and hair dryer. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass windows offering panoramic ocean views as well as direct balcony access.

Second bedroom: The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, desk TV and a built-in robe. This bedroom also has ocean views.

Third bedroom: The third bedroom contains two single beds, TV and a built-in robe. This bedroom also has ocean views.

Main bathroom: The main bathroom contains a hand basin, bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Laundry: Full laundry facilities with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.

All linen items are supplied (sheets, blankets, towels). The apartment is fitted with split air conditioning to living areas and master bedroom, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, sprinkler system and smoke detectors. Being situated in a gated security complex, it has private security lift to for sole use of residents, security intercom access and free under cover parking for one (1) vehicle. For your safety, internal chain locks are fitted to all balcony sliding doors.
